Individual cash-pay tests

Individual prices cover the laboratory test. A separate $75 mobile collection fee applies when individual tests are collected at your location.

About mobile lab collection

DRT Health Services offers professional mobile phlebotomy — Danielle Todd, FNP comes to your location to perform your blood draw and collect specimens, then delivers them directly to the laboratory. This eliminates the need to travel to a draw center or hospital lab.

Who this service is for

Mobile lab collection is ideal for patients who have difficulty getting to a lab, prefer the convenience of at-home service, or need a compassionate, unhurried blood draw experience. Common patients include:

• Elderly or homebound individuals who find travel difficult
• Patients without reliable transportation
• Busy professionals who need an appointment outside normal business hours
• Anyone who experiences anxiety around clinical environments
• Facility residents (nursing homes, assisted living) needing mobile phlebotomy

Other lab orders we accept

We also collect specimens for standard outpatient lab orders from another healthcare provider. Common draws include:

• Complete blood count (CBC)
• Comprehensive or basic metabolic panel (CMP / BMP)
• Lipid panel and cardiovascular risk markers
• Thyroid function (TSH, T3, T4)
• Vitamin D, B12, and iron studies
• Hemoglobin A1c and glucose
• Hormone panels and other specialty labs as ordered by your provider

Which lab service is right for you?

• DRT cash-pay panels: Danielle Todd, FNP orders and reviews the listed wellness panels as part of the service. No outside provider order is needed for these panels.
• Individual tests and outside orders: An order from your healthcare provider is required before collection. Please have the digital or paper order ready at your appointment.
• Follow any fasting or preparation instructions provided for your selected panel or by your ordering provider.

What to expect

Danielle arrives at your home or location at the scheduled time with all necessary phlebotomy supplies. For a DRT panel, she reviews the service with you and completes the ordered testing; for an outside provider order, she verifies the order, performs the blood draw, properly labels and packages the specimens, and transports them to the laboratory. Most appointments are completed in under 20 minutes.

Collection pricing

• Standard Mobile Lab Draw — $75
• Travel fee: $1 per mile outside the standard service area
• For individual cash-pay tests and outside provider orders, this fee is separate from the listed test price or any laboratory charge.
• Cash-pay panel prices already include mobile collection and electronic results.
• For outside provider orders, laboratory charges may be billed separately by the laboratory or insurance.

Mobile appointment requirements

A $75 minimum mobile appointment applies within the standard service area (within a 20-mile radius). Travel outside the standard service area may incur an additional fee based on distance. Contact us to confirm your location.
