About IV add-ons
Add-ons are optional medications that can be administered alongside any IV infusion to address specific symptoms. Danielle Todd, FNP evaluates each patient individually before administering any add-on to confirm it is appropriate for your situation.
Toradol (Ketorolac) — $25
Toradol is a non-opioid, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) administered intravenously or intramuscularly for short-term pain relief. It is commonly used for headaches, migraines, muscle pain, and general acute pain.
When it helps
- Migraine or severe headache
- Muscle aches and body pain
- Post-exertion soreness
- General acute pain where oral NSAIDs have been insufficient
Zofran (Ondansetron) — $15
Zofran is an antiemetic medication that works by blocking serotonin receptors in the gut and brain to prevent or relieve nausea and vomiting. It is fast-acting and well-tolerated.
When it helps
- Nausea from illness, dehydration, or hangovers
- Vomiting or inability to keep fluids down
- Motion sickness or general stomach upset
- Nausea accompanying migraines
How to add these to your appointment
Add-ons are not booked separately — simply mention Toradol or Zofran when scheduling your IV infusion and Danielle will assess whether either medication is appropriate for you at the time of your appointment.
Add-ons require an active IV infusion and are not available as standalone treatments.
Mobile appointment requirements
A $75 minimum mobile appointment applies within the standard service area (within a 20-mile radius). Travel outside the standard service area may incur an additional fee.
This is a direct-pay service — insurance is not billed for infusion or add-on appointments.
